They look exactly like what I expected. They just arrived and I haven’t taken them from the package yet. Answers to your other questions come with actual use that tests them. No chance for that yet. What I want to use with them hasn’t arrived yet.

I havent used these yet but they arrived in time and look to be sturdy enough to keep our luggage tags securely attached.

The package arrived on time and well packed. I liked the actual loops but was unhappy with the fact that even though I ordered 2 packs of 100 the packages were not complete. I got about 184 loops and was upset because I needed exactly 200 for my project

Havent had a problem with quality right out of the package. Just as described and arrived on time

There was one broken in the package and I took another out to try and that one broke easily also. No strength at all. Do not recommend
