Love this bag but the metal portion of the strap broke off. Anything to use for replacement?

This bag is super cute and functional, but I’ve bought two of them and the strap breaks while I’m walking with it! Annoying..

Honestly I love the bag. It’s super cute, the shoe compartment is great and there’s lot of storage pockets for everything. I fit a towel, shoes, 3 outfits, preworkout, shower supplies and a swimsuit, pretty much everything to survive at the gym and still had empty pockets to use. The only complaint is the fabric seems like it will rip easy and the zippers seem like they’ll fall apart if you ever overload the bag.

I have a newborn daughter and wanted to keep her stuff separate from mine when traveling. This bag is perfect! It has an interior zip and an exterior zipper pocket which are super convenient. I can shove a lot of stuff into this duffle lol
