Had the controller for 2 months and it stopped working. It will not place inputs into xbox and Ive already re sync it twice. And power cycled it...

one of the buttons on the controller after very few uses just wasn’t functional , we’ve used it hardly any,…just due to that button

Absolutely beautiful vibrant colors! So glad I ordered it. It also has a nice smooth feel to it. Adults & kids all love it!

Now I just wanna say that I LOVE this controller. It was a birthday gift for me. When it got here I was shocked that a controller that is worth a good amount of money was sent in just its basic contoller box without ANY extra padding to protect it. Also NO extra tape or anything to make sure the box would not open during transit. Just a small label telling us they use standard packaging but they put No effort into packaging seeing as it had nothing extra just the controller box it comes in. I am thankful it got to me safe but Id recommend looking into better packing these controllers. Next time someone might not be so lucky.

Controller came in great condition, looked as expected and Ive had it for about a month so far and havent had any issues with it

I haven’t had the controller but maybe a month now and the buttons will stick and it will lock up to the point I have to take the batteries out of it and restart it.
