This bag actually meets all of those requirements and is super cute and I you can adjust it to hold more or less by rolling it. The fact that the strap that you hang it with can the adjusted to smaller or larger is something I never knew I couldnt live without until now. Most bags will hang floppy therefore you cant easily place things in them. Im in closing a picture I couldnt be more impressed with something so simple and yet more functioning though then any other car trash can have tried.
