Hangman Products S-2040A No Stud TV Hanger Mount TVs up to 55-Inch

This is such a clever product. I was wary at first to try a no stud hanging, but the reviews on here all indicated the product worked. I wholeheartedly agree. Not only does the TV seem super secure, but this was the easiest way mount for a TV Ive ever done. If you need a no stud solution, this is it. If you dont care about moving the TV once its on the wall, even if you havea stud, this mount makes hanging there TV super simple and easy to ensure it is level. Would 100% recommend this. If you are in the fence, just but it! You wont regret it.

Update: Its been about 8 months now and weve yet to have an issue with this product! Just wanted to provide an update as Im so happy with how this product worked out. My husband and I were looking for an alternative to a traditional TV mount (screws into studs) and I found this on Amazon. He was a little hesitant about it at first, but we were both extremely surprised by how sturdy this is. I dont know exactly, but I want to say our TV is around 50 inches, maybe a little less, and its held up great with this.

Have had this installed for several weeks now, glad I ordered this. I ended up having studs where this was being installed so I used an appropriate drill bit to make the holes slightly larger in order to use screws instead of the nails provided…worked out perfectly! Heads up if you choose to do this, make sure your screw head is the flat kind so it’s flush against the metal otherwise the slot on the tv won’t be able to slide in correctly

This product is extremely easy to install yourself in almost any type of wall because it distributes the weight so well. This works in drywall or plaster in my opinion. I double checked the position by sliding the provided level across the wall and started by putting one nail in the center and then carefully at one end using the level. Once I was sure it was level I carefully put in a half dozen more. You don’t need to use all of the nails provided! After I hung the TV I realized that one side seemed a little higher than the other and I took the TV off and realized I just needed to make sure the screws on the back of the TV were positioned properly. It looks great and hangs fairly close to the wall, depends on the back of your shape of the back of the TV though as well as you can see in the pic. Make sure not to put it too high though since there isn’t any repositioning or adjusting for different viewing angles. With a deep and low sofa this was mounted on the wall at about 44” off the ground for example. Always good to put tape at eye level on the wall too see what works for you depending on distance and conditions.

I needed something that would allow me to hang my TV with minimal damage due to this being a rental space. And this did just that... By putting both the TV in the living room and in the kids room up on the wall, I was able to utilize the space I had the TVs sitting on for other things. Also I didnt have to worry about little hands being able to reach the them and possibly knock them over anymore. I will admit its only been a short time however they appear sturdy and I am not fearful of them crashing down in the middle of the night.

I live in a Trailer Home and really dont know about walls like I know about walls in a regular home, however it was easy to install, I pulled in it before I hung my TV on the wall bracket and it was unmoveable and all day I was checking on it, but its still hanging tight and NO WALL DAMAGE or BIG HOLES WAS MADE. This was worth my money and will tell everyone I know about this items. Very pleased and happy.

I really do like this product. The pros: You dont need to find a stud to install the mount. Because of this you can install it anywhere there is drywall. The mount is also very easy to install - it took me about 5 minutes. You dont need any special drill bits or tools, just a hammer and a screwdriver. Im very impressed with the amount of weight it is able to support for how simple the product appears to be. I bought one and mounted a 32 TV to the wall and Im considering buying another to mount a 47 as well. The only real downside (and I knew this when I bought it) is that, once installed, the TV is stationary; you cannot move it back and forth or side to side. For me, the ease of installation and the ability to install anywhere without a stud makes it worth the buy. The price isnt too bad either; it may be a little high considering similar, swivel mounts that do require a stud for installation, are a few dollars cheaper. Overall though, very nice product that is perfect for me!

Ladies, Im telling you, this was the easiest and most exciting this you can do. I came across a woman on YouTube. It was easy peasy. U may have to have someone help you raise the TV. Make sure you have your measurements correct and leave enough cord to plug in your outlet.

So this comes with both parts - the wall part and the tv part. It also comes with loads of screws and washers so you can find the size to fit your television. The wall part seriously uses small nails and the more you use the more weight it can hold. I used more than recommended to make sure it would be steady and it was incredibly easy to put up. Its also really easy to hang the tv - you can really feel when you got it hooked correctly. Theres another piece that hangs down and screws to the wall to make sure if it does fall off the wall your tv wont hit the floor in a spectacular crash. I totally recommend

So I’m 39 weeks pregnant and I installed this myself, it was super easy it took maybe not even ten minutes to put up and I was so surprised by how sturdy it is holding up. I have a Toshiba 32 inch fire tv and it just fit perfectly. I did use all the nails because I am super cautious I think I could’ve gone ahead and used half of them. But I’m so happy with this purchase! I had previously bought another mount to use that couldn’t be used on drywall alone and the studs were too far apart and it just wasn’t going to work, so this definitely saved me time and stress
