As we were inflating one of the letters it popped. Tried to tape it and it popped in a different place. Very dissapointing. Had no Birthday sign for our surprise party!!!

These letters look and work great for a party. Inflating was confusing at first because the instructions on the packing are in Chinese but there are English instructions on Amazon product page. They stayed inflated for multiple days. Docking one star because I wish the provided string was a bit longer and they were hard to deflate. The reason is because the inner seal is longer than the provided straw so if you want to deflate you need to really push the straw in. I tried using a longer straw but it was too thick and ended up pulling the inner seal out, rendering the letter useless.

I thought these were 2 balloons one said happy the other one said birthday but no, they are actually 13 individual mylar balloons. If I had known that, I would’ve gone with something else.

I was not happy with this item as both of the ‘H’ had holes in them. Since I did want to use them on the day I blew them up I did not return them- it was useless and I was disappointed.

I love this!!! I only write reviews of I really adore the item or REALLY hate it. This was so easy to setup and you can reuse it again and again! I strong recommend! Just FYI, it can be tricky to blow up, but once you understand how to, its easy after that. Heres a tip: right under the arrow there is a clear flap type sheet that is hard to see. That is where you insert the straw and itll go straight through to the balloon. If you have to push the straw hard through the insert then its not the right spot. The right spot will go in smoothly. Like I said, the clear flap right after the tip of the arrow. How this helps. :)

I didnt expect this to look as nice as it did. Theyre a little odd to inflate at first until you get the hang of it. I ended up needing to re-inflate a couple after throwing out the straw and was able to use a plastic ball point pen with the tip/ink cartridge removed. The ribbon to hang it with isnt the best, but no real complaints. It ripped in two a couple times when unraveling it and I just tied it back together. Held up fine when I hung the whole thing up.

This was supposed to be just a little cute surprise for my son to wake up and see but some letters were missing so it was out.
