The SSD fits nicely in the case and theres room for the cables. It isnt meant to take a lot of abuse but it will provide some protection. In any case you should be taking care of the electronics if you really care about what youve got stored there. Case seems reasonably well made and should last for the life of the SSD with reasonable care.

If yoyve bought the SSD drive, get this case! Youd be crazy not to buy it. Its perfect and has a place for the small cable & adapter that came with your SSD drive. It will help prevent you from losing it and gives the SSD drive the extra protection it deserves.

Suits my need for transporting a Scandisk 1tb SSD when travelling

Great. Does what its designed to do. The only complaint I have is that its a little too snug. Sometimes its a bit hard getting the hard drive and cable out. If it was a half inch or so bigger to give room to pull out device, it would be an easier workflow

Does not fit the 1TB SanDisk Extreme SSD. It is very close, but needs to be about 1cm larger in length and width. You can force the zipper closed, but you will never say to yourself yep, this fits

Fits my Sandisk Extreme Portable SSD 2TB like a glove. Perfect way to protect my investment. Not much padding on the interior but hardcase still provides adequate protection and HD looks/feel secure. There’s an elastic strap that holds the drive in place and the small interior pocket has just enough room for a short/small cable, adapter and manual.
