Smelled so bad I had to return it

While this piece is fully functional it has such a bad odor that I cant use if for my upcoming trip. After I unwrapped it, every time I walked into the room it was in I thought I had a problem with my furnace, it smelled like fuel. Finally figured out it was this luggage. I left it open to air out for several days on my porch, then emptied a bag of whole cloves in it and closed it up for 2 days. Wiped it down with a lavender scented cleaner and it still stinks. Will be returning it.

Crap product don’t waste your money. I️ used this item once, it broken and my son’s clothing had to be placed in a bin at the airport’s luggage carousel. Not only was I️ mortifyingly embarrassed as my son’s clothing and a broken luggage came down the runner but a beautiful glass bottle souvenir was lost in the transaction. It’s lightweight because it’s poorly made.

Wheels are wobbly and not smooth but it’s an inexpensive bag so I didn’t expect the best. I haven’t checked it nor will I as I don’t think it’s durable. I think it’s best for carry on only.

We bought this twice. The first time, we had to return it because the zipper on the 24 bag was broken. It was replaced promptly and two days later we embarked on a plane for London. The bag made it to London fine. After a stay in Scotland, the bag was loaded into a plane in Edinburgh. After a plane change in Dublin, it landed in Bostons Logan Airport, where it appeared on the baggage belt popped open on one corner. I would suggest that if you choose this bag, you do it only for car travel where you will be loading/carrying your own luggage. I dont think the zippers have the strength to make it through air travel, where bags are tossed around roughly.

I just used this set on 5/18-5/27 and the wheel Is broken off with a tear by the wheel, please don’t buy this product

Bought the 24 spinner for a 10-day trip because I needed more than just a carry-on. Overall construction is pretty flimsy which wasnt too surprising at this price. But after just one trip the wheel was completely broken and unusable. Spend a little more if you expect to use it more than once.

Bought these as a gift for my daughter and son-in-law. How embarrassing! Wheels broke on two suitcases before they even reached check-in! Zipper broke later and son-in-laws laptop fell out onto the pavement. Completely worthless! Amazon- please refund!
