A suitcase is not useful when there is no handle. This is the third item that has been an issue. Trying to get them to make things right is crazy. I have to jump thru hoops for their mistake.

It worked just fine and held up great. The airline had an odd policy of checking carry on sized bags for free. Covid rules make no sense but even with the sometimes abusive environment of checked bags, it held up fine. I saved the checked bag fee both ways so its basically free now. If it only lasts 1 more trip, Im making money.

This is the very first piece of luggage that ice ever bought nyself... Im pretty happy with it. Its the PERFECT size for your carry on, its spacious too! Durable..... AND..... the kid in me came out & I tried rolling with it, while sitting on the top with the handle up. I didnt get far and I DO NOT recommend doing that, just wanted to put that out there lol

I live the quality of the product. It’s sturdy and I can’t wait to use it.

I took this on 2 vacations and it held up pretty well. I holds quite an amount of stuff for a small trip. I like this luggage because of how convenient it is.
