Great product!

Easy to understand instructions but the app was hard to find a connection. I already have the smart life app and it says it will work with that app but it took awhile for it to finally connect correctly.

We ordered this for tower Gardens outside and for Christmas lights this coming winter. I wish the cord was longer, but it works as described.

It works surprisingly well, I ordered this for our back yard. I was able to plug in multiple devices and keep them protected from the rain.

I have been able to easily connect another outdoor smart plug but could not get a connection on this one. Its awkward to handle and heavy

The mobile app needs some work. Seemed to lose connectivity and became unresponsive

Ready to rip this out of the ground and throw it away. This item isn’t even an option on the app’s list of plugs to add. There is no “reset button” to set it up for manual connection. It’s frustrating and useless as a smart home device. I’ve had to just leave my Christmas lights on 24/7. I’ll never buy from this manufacturer again.

I almost sent this back. I was frustrated that it was not working with the app QR code it had on the instructions and looked for the HBN network and saw that Smart Life network popped up. I did research and realized I had to download the Smart Life app and it worked like a charm.

I’ve had trouble in the past getting some plugs to integrate into my Alexa routines but this one does amazingly well. The cord is a good length and I haven’t had any issues with connections.

Actual outlet strip is made well, works exactly as advertised. Using it with the app is great EXCEPT setting is up is a pain because the App does not have this exact device on the list of devices so you have to try clicking on all of them until the setup works. I set up one at my house and one at my parents. Also there are 2 apps. 1 works well with iPhones, the other with Androids. Not sure which but its in other reviews.
