06-06-2025Ive been using H&S for decades. This latest bottle: 1. Has a much stronger scent. 2. Doesnt make the hair feel as smooth. The first time I tried, I thought it was because Id been swimming in salt water. I couldnt get the rubbery feeling out of my hair, I told my wife. Then I realized it was because of the new shampoo. 3. On the label, it says UP TO 100% Flake Free, Guaranteed. What kind of marketing BS is that? Do they think were idiots. Even if it were only 1% flake free, it would be UP TO 100% flake free. I guess Ill have to send this back and find some new shampoo.

> 3 dayI always hate my hair. And tired of being unable to use it to do anything, because it is dead or entangled. After the first use, I fell in love with my soft hair! I even bleached my hair to make it red, and I cant even see it because it looks healthy and bleached! I am usually not a repeat customer of this kind of thing, but it is a must! ! ! I dont think I can survive without it. I need to ship my daily necessities to my house like this!
