My shampoo was defective. The pump was leaking and the shampoo smelled terrible. I usually have a good experience but this has happened one other time when I ordered the same shampoo from Target’s website. I think it happens when the pump/bottle has a leak and exposes the shampoo to the air. It messes with the shampoo somehow and makes it smell really awful! I’ve contact customer support to try to get a refund or replacement. I have to reach out to CS manually since their default option is to return the item. But who wants a bad, opened bottle of shampoo??

Dandruff gone, no severe adverse reactions from my skin. Rotating usage with another shampoo brand every other day did the job for me.

Wife loves it so this is what we’re using, It’s a great Dandruff shampoo, very solid, foams well and moisturizes the hair like a good brand shampo, For some reason if the shampoo washed off the hair and drops through my eyes it irritates them and it’s pretty bad, worse then any other shampoo I used and I can’t tell why, Personally I’m just being very careful when washing off the head but if I would t have too I’d probably try and search another brand

This is worth the buy!! At a great price and it come shrink wrapped that keeps everything in place. I have always used head and shoulders and so has my family. Just buying two is a no brainer! The pump works every time! And the scent of apple is classic crisp and clean. Leaves your hair and scalp clean shiny and moisturized.

I feel like this product is a fake one.... I used to buy the same shampoo from a local grocery store and they differed a lot. This one has an unpleasant plastic-like scent and after using it my hair got greasy very quickly. I was not sure at first so I changed shampoo to test and my hair got back to normal. Don’t buy it!

Since I have memory, I have always used head and shoulders shampoo. Then I used this fake shampoo a total of three times and it gives me pimples on my head and makes my scalp very itchy, which the real shampoo doesn’t not. Unfortunately the window to return it closed but I wanted to share this. I will throw this in the garbage. I am surprised of the amount of good reviews. I’m very disappointed that Amazon allows this to happen. :(

Love the smell of appel and makes my hair soft. I like that my scalp is not as itchy and dry after using it.
