For me, it does the job I need to. There is 2 setup for this headphone holder, I just use the out-of-the-box setup and it does the job, I need to. The other setup is confusing for me because I think the instruction is unclear or maybe that I dont need to orientate the headphone holder. I think the instruction for the other setup is unclear overall.

Very easy to install, clamps on to desk without damaging it. Fold up/down latch is a nice feature. I bought 2, one for my son and daughter. They both love this added feature to their gaming setup. Definitely recommend.

I bought these for my work headset so they dont just lie around. They serve their purpose and can fold up when not in use. Theres not much to be said about them, just that they work and are adjustable for different desk thicknesses.
