This is my favourite shape/design of wooden headphone stands I’ve found on amazon. Thick, heavy wood that makes your headphones look chic and sophisticated.

It looks like plywood with a laminated on surface to make it look like nice wood. The design is awesome but price doesn’t match what the product is made out of. This probably cost $4-$8 to make.

Its 2 small pieces of plywood, 4 screws and 4 thin felt pads. The materials dont cost much, but the design would be difficult to replicate at home. My example did not have perfectly aligned transitions or matching veneer grain, but is acceptable at this price point. The stand functions as intended, with a few caveats. Your headphones may grip the sides of the stand requiring you to put your cocktail down and use both hands to lift them off. You might be cautious, leave space between the stand and your glowing vacuum tube.

It does its job, but the craftsmanship, especially around the screws and the places where the wood pieces meet, is dodgy. In hindsight, I would have bought a different stand than this.

Brilliant headphone stand. It holds your headphones in a perfectly neutral position preventing compression of pads and kinking of the headband. The unit is just heavy enough where you can slip the headphone on and off over the top without lifting the stand.

Very sturdy and beautifully built. Holds full sized gaming headsets or office type sets. Its a tad rough at the junction but Im not rubbing on it so its not really a defect. Looks great.
