My 6yr old recently transitioned to a backless booster seat. He easily falls asleep in the car, and this new addition keeps him comfortable. No more leaning or head falling to the side. Easy to install, and its holding up pretty well so far.

Love the headrest pillow. Didnt work for what I originally bought it for, but we decided to keep it for the front passenger seat. It will not work on the middle row of a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. It does however work on the front seats.

Wife’s sleeps like a baby

Daughter who is 5 is able to fall asleep now in the back seat without that horrible sideways slouch. Product was easy to install

My daughter sleeps in the car often. Now that she doesnt use a car seat any more, she would sleep with her head cranked way down. This allows her to sleep more comfortably. It is all plastic except for the pads but its construction is reasonably robust. I like the design they came up with that fits regular two-peg head restraints in most cars.

Works Great for older kids too. Wish they made one for a wheelchair too.

The color is off a little, but very nice to rest your head

My 10 yr old loves it on long drives!
