I like the product very much it gives warm heat and the nice thing is you can control it. The only thing is I wish the timer was set for a little bit more than a 120 minutes. Max.

Got the 12x24. Love it! Heats really well, has the timer to shut off. Love that I can wrap around my arm to help with tendonitis. Hubby was jealous so we bought a second one for him.

I love this heating pad because of the velour cover and the length. It has 6 heat settings plus a timer for up to 120 minutes. I can’t say enough good about this but I also loved the fact that they had different colors as well! I have a broken hip and severe lumbar pain and it helps both greatly!! Btw it is washable too. Very pleased!!

This was easy to use and comfortable. Once I plugged it in, the relief of back muscular pain was so soothing. Adjusting the temp and length of time is a definite plus. Worth the investment
