Researched many different types of pads. Decided on this product. Purchased Sep 15, 2020 for my crippled kitty, in place of disposable puppy pads. Leaving review now b-cuz coming back to buy more. Very good value! Work GREAT for protecting areas from liquid. Use daily, sometimes several mats a day. When I state theyve been washed over 100 times, its true. Its a reusable bed pad designed to continue to protect from wetness, over the course of many washings. So the materials used must be able to do that and with that, there may be small compromises to make. What to expect - They arent flannel / fleece, so wont feel fluffy or warm and fuzzy. They also arent 400 thread Egyptian cotton, so wont feel like expensive sheets either. These have quilted stitching to hold layers of fabric together, more structured. But not uncomfortable nor feel rigid either, like others may complain. True to size, will shrink very slightly cuz well thats usually what happens with any fabric thats machine washed / dried. Follow the directions and wash and dry 1st, before using. It makes a difference in absorbability later. Will do a washer load sometimes daily, usually a couple times a week, at least. Generally soak the load too so have had very good results with staying clean/white. Originally following instructions and didnt use bleach. But when visibly stained will use a LITTLE bleach (about half of what the bottle suggests for a full load) generally when soaking. Makes a big difference and so far has not ruined the product. Dryer - do NOT use high heat, or youll ruin the water resistant protection and the layers will delaminate. Keep on medium or low dry until dry and youll have some good working pads for more than a year.

I got these for when my parents first came home from the hospital just in case. They are similar to the type used in the hospitals and seem relatively soft. We put them under the fitted sheet so they are not very noticeable. They have been machine washed/dried and are holding up.

I’ve used these underpads in our dog’s kennel after she had a spinal injury and was recovering. They work well but they do look stained after use (not from urine, but from peanut butter from her treats). I put these pads on top of her regular dog bed as protection from possible leaks. I often cover them with a clean towel. The clean towel helps keep the peanut butter, dirt, and such off the waterproof pads so that they stay clean longer. Our dog has not needed them much for incontinence but I still like using them as a back up just in case!

This products size was effect for us and the absorbency is pretty good. They do become less leak proof overtime but overall a really good product.

This product was purchased to cover one side of a king size bed for an adult with incontinence issues. This pad protects the bed sheets. Its a relief to change and wash a single pad than having to strip and wash the entire bed. Appreciate the quality and absorbancy of this product.

I bought these for my elderly dog. It made life easier to wash these instead of her bed every day. I would at times also use throw away pee pads on top when I didn’t have time to wash. I washed in hot water and always added about 1/4 of bleach to the machine. No problems. Well made and I would recommend.

Tried using the paper liners but not only don’t they last long but they start to come apart and pieces of the filling start getting tracked around the house. These are much more substantial, well made, and will obviously be washable and reusable.

My mom has mobility issues and cant get out of the bed by herself. I saw pads like these when she was at a rehab facility recovering from a fall and decided to buy some for home. They are fantastic and work quite well for our needs. They are much larger and absorbent than the disposable pads. They also wash easily. Highly recommend these.
