I love this headset. I needed to get one as I injured my wrist and holding a phone tires it quickly, plus I dislike holding a cell phone for an extended period as its not as ergonomic as a landline phone. So I read lots of reviews and opted for this headset. Its great! The sound is great both on my end and for the person Im speaking with and it does a great job minimizing background noise. And the choice of earpiece sizes is great. What can I say, sometimes its the little things that make all the difference!

The sound quality is amazing and the noise cancellation is better than we expected. Will definitely buy again.

I purchased this to replace an old Plantronics M50 that after many years was finally failing. My last experiences with Plantronics, Voyager and Legend series, were mixed. Somewhere prior to around the time they became known as Poly, the quality seemed to go down. I had trouble maintaining connection with the phone or experienced one way transmission very early in the life of those headsets, of which I had several and had even updated the firmware in them. So I had fallen back on my oldest stand by, the M50. Pros: Overall, I am very happy with the HEIBAS headset. The sound quality is outstanding and the volume is considerably louder than my old stuff. After a couple hours of use, the battery was only down to 93%, which I would consider excellent. It also has a nice selection of ear pieces to get the best fit. Cons: You do have to put in the case to know the battery level and to charge it so be aware of that if it matters to you. The other thing I have found after a few days of on and off use is that it is not as comfortable as I had hoped. It isnt terrible, just not as you dont even know youre wearing it as I would have liked. My personal use is limited to mostly in the house so I cannot speak to its noise cancelling ability. Overall, this is a very nice headset with good battery life, clear calls, good volume, and reasonable comfort. I really have no regrets and would not hesitate to recommend this to someone looking for a decent and reasonably priced headset. My overall rating of 4 stars is because of the comfort I described above, but of course everyone is different and that is likely just me.

I bought this headset for phone calls because my friends complained that my Tozo T12 buds picked up too much background noise. Unfortunately, I dont have a lot of time to sit around for conversations, so I talk load the dishwasher or pick up leaves in the yard. These sounds can transmit at uncomfortable levels to the listener. The G7 headset receives none of those complaints. I can even carry on a conversation while walking on the treadmill and my listener is undisturbed. Its also good for other voice audio, particularly podcasts. I prefer a good pair of earbuds or headphones for music. But, I bought the headset specifically for phone calls, and it does that just fine.

My husband drives a semi and is unable to use his phone while he is driving, this has been a big help for him. We like that when someone is calling the headset tells you the number of who it is. The buttons work well and it is easy to charge and connect to your phone.

I was in need of a simple Bluetooth ear piece. It works smoothly. Comes with a charger pack and cord. Very nice!

So I had this earpiece for about 6 months now. I dont regret purchasing it. I use it at school/work. I need one ear free in case a co-worker or student needed me so this fit the bill. I use thus for my laptop for Zoom meeting and online classes works great. I use this on my ipod works great. I also use this for my phone and audio is great. People on the other end hear me well. The case is use for charging and is great because I just put it in my bookbag and I am not afraid of damaging it. So overall, this earpiece is money well spent. I know I use the word great alot.

My office recently downsized real estate footprint and forced me from a private office to an open office setting. This headset connects to both pc and phone at the same time allowing me to seem less my use phone and collaboration tools without disturbing others. The sound quality and better life are great. Highly recommend.

I sent a 5 star review because that is what you asked for However, when this product is used in a truck it is not loud enough. When on the road and needs charging, it is difficult to put it in the box to charge it. Needs a simplier method.

This was an inexpensive and quality headset. It was comfortable enough for me to wear it virtually all day. It does sit snug on my head but everyone I talk to says that my voice is clear. The battery seems to last forever. I bought it expecting it to be cheap and acceptable while I was saving for a quality headset, but this one works great. Ive no complaints.
