HelloBaby Extra Camera, Baby Unit Add-on Camera for HB65, NOT Compatible with HB6550, HB66, HB50 and HB32

This is my second camera in 2 months. The right left toggle feature has once again stopped working. Otherwise it’s a great camera.

With 3 children under 3, this is essential! Love the quality of the picture! I can go downstairs and still monitor the grands.

We love this camera. We have had it almost 4 years and it’s been great! We have added a second camera to keep an eye on both kids. The quality is great for the price!

Got the extra camera for our second child. Easy to connect and set up to the same monitor. Install on the wall is easy, camera able to move and capture quite a bit of space in the room. Customer service was quick and responsive when I needed an extra install kit.

The instructions for this unit are woefully inadequate. I have 2 cameras for 1 monitor. I have tried unsuccessfully to disable the scan feature. I want to be able to watch 1 camera at a time, and switch to the other camera manually when I want to watch that camera. It is beyond frustrating! As it is now, the monitor switches between the two automatically every few seconds. I have read the questions and answers posted by others and tried their answers to solve this, but so far none have worked for me. I won’t purchase this brand again.

This camera stopped working after four months. For whatever reason it just wouldn’t turn on when plugged in. Very disappointing and a huge inconvenience since we have a 3 month old and 2 year old who we need to keep an eye on during the night

The night vision and quality of video is great. The sound is perfect. I love that you can speak thru the monitor to the camera. Only downfall so far- if you get a second camera- when you switch them on the monitor you have to change to add a new camera- go in, unplug the one you want, plug it back in quickly then hit the pair button. Kind of annoying especially with the static from the monitor too close to the camera

The monitor seemed to be working, but we realized the screen is frozen with an image from two days ago. We can’t reset or unplug or anything—no fixing it.

I like that you can add multiple cameras. The quality it’s great for night and day. The 360 turning is very helpful.

We initially loved this so much we returned to buy a second camera. However; This monitor worked great until one day, the parent screen went funky (colored static lines across the screen) and then wouldnt turn on. This was accompanied by a strong smell of burning. We contacted the company who agreed to send us a new unit. They initially told us it would take 2 weeks to send it out. We never received it. I sent an email asking for an update weeks later and was told to be patient. Later, I sent another email checking up on it and now Im being ignored. *Update- weve finally received a parent unit from the company- to the wrong model, covered in someones hair. We cant even turn the device on because they didnt send a charger with it. The charger to our original unit doesnt fit. What is wrong with this company DONT bother with this company. Theres plenty more options to choose from.
