I had bought a more expensive monitor when my son started sleeping in his crib. It would always lose connection after a few minutes. I finally gave up on it and bought this one. It works so much better than the more expensive ones!!! I havent lost connection once! I waited a few weeks before writing a review to give me time to use it and therefore I can honestly say, this monitor is amazing. Dont waste your money on ones with wifi and all the bells and whistles. This monitor is reliable and gives you such peace of mind!

I used this product to aide in monitoring my 93 year old Aunt with Dementia who lives with us. I love that no action is required by her to get our attention— she just has to talk and we can hear her. I love that we can talk to her from anywhere in the house and tell her we are coming to help so she doesn’t panic. My only wish is that the parent device came with rechargeable batteries. I appreciate the mobility but the battery life is not that great. It burns through them pretty quickly. Of course it can also be plugged in.. so that’s the option we use now. We move it from room to room with us and just plug it in. I have no trouble with white noise or static. I highly recommend this product, great value for the price.

Needed a monitor during break time from the baby. This was the answer. The camera seems to not adjust to light level perfectly but I can still see and hear everything going on in my baby’s nursery so I don’t mind. Been using it for awhile now and absolutely love it

This monitor does what it says. I love that it is on its own frequency and does not need to connect to Wifi. Video quality is great day or night although occasionally it does cut out for a few seconds but then its back. I dont use the lullaby, feeding timer, or sleep mode so I cant offer any words on those features. Brightness on the monitor can only be turned down so much. Its still terribly bright at night and I have to lay it face down or push the power button to make it go dark (holding the power button turns it off). Volume options range from quiet to very loud which is nice, but I feel volume buttons on the side of the monitor would have been better than having to go through the menu. The range of this unit is really the only con. It could be way better. If range is a big factor for you then I dont recommend this monitor. If youre just going to be using while you yourself are inside your home then the range is fine.

So easy to set up! No WiFi needed! And great quality picture especially for the price! I like this one way more than the fancy one I purchased and then returned! Literally mother of 4 and this monitor is great!

Camera works okay, but the picture quality is awful no matter what I do in the settings. Battery doesn’t last as long as stated once it’s off the charger. Wouldn’t purchase again.

Given my relatively low expectations going into this purchase, I have to say I am pleasantly surprised with how well this thing works. The picture quality is okay, but more than enough for my purposes which is to watch a small puppy at night and listen for crying. The battery life is pretty close to all day even with the video screen on. The camera movement is reasonably quiet as well. The device has no issues with any of the other wireless devices in my house interfering (and there are a lot of wireless devices in my immediate area). If I could change one thing it would be the ability to have slightly better ability to look down from higher up while just setting the camera on a table and not mounting it with a bracket. So yeah, its a pretty great purchase and I plan on adding another camera to my system because these things just work and work really well for the money.
