Greater than one weekI dont use these for putting a car seat on them instead I use because 2 of my kids make a mess. Everything about the pad is as described but the back flap falls down and does not stay up. If you had a car seat on top of this it wouldnt be a problem. For my needs its a 3 but if I used a car seat it would be a 4.
