I mix it with 1 cup of 1% milk as opposed to water. It taste great but a little pricey. I make a protein shake occasionally.

What can I say about herbalife? 1. Scam perpetuated by fit-looking people whom take advantage of persons who know very little about fitness. 2. Overpriced and sub-par ingredients/nutritional profile. - if you want high-quality protein please supplement your herbalife diet with something like Isopure - whey isolate protein - way healthier 3. Soy protein - need I say more? (If I have to, then this product is for you!!) I seriously doubt anyone who sells this actually uses it. At least it got my girlfriend a step in the right direction. But, after a few weeks of not losing weight, she turned to me to help her (she paid for it so she stubbornly wanted to use it). I put her on a proper diet regimen (actually just healthy eating) and she lost 30 pounds in 3 months. She still buys the protein because she likes the flavor, but I would not recommend it. If you are a male, please do not use soy-based protein.

Herbalife is a great way of life shake to help get you fit. It works if you stick with it and of course exercise. Cookies n cream flavor is the best and add some of this protien with it.

I THINK IS HAS A GOOD TASTE.AND IT DISSOLVES WELL IN JUST A SHAKER. MY PROBLEM IS I THINK IT PRICED A LITTLE HIGH. I AM NOT USING EVERYDAY BECAUSE I DONT WANT IT TO RUN OUT TOO FAST. BUT THE PRODUCT IS GOOD. THANKS
