The product is well-constructed, however, it will not encase Max Inflator with 9AH battery.

Product is great and really provides a custom fit, would have been better if DeWalt made a custom hard case like they do for most of their tools but hey, You gotta pay to play.

For just $1 more (with coupon), I bought a hard plastic, water-resistant and lockable, Apache 3800 protective case with customizable foam at Harbor Freight. It is just the right size and blows this flimsy thing out of the water.

Unit fits perfectly for my Dewalt portable compressor. This is very much needed rather then just carrying it around.
