> 3 dayI was satisfied with the product. It came with two protective screens and one of ours was cracked on arrival. The seller offered to replace the broken one and sent a coupon to replace the damaged screen. However, the coupon was for a Nintento switch (we have a Nintendo switch LITE) and the coupon did not work for the correct item that was needed. When I contacted the seller again about it I never had a response.... But, the case works well and they responded quickly the first time even if it was with the wrong information. They just never responded when I let them know they provided a coupon for the wrong item.
