> 24 hourI usually dont take time to write reviews, but this company took the cake! In short, they do not honor thier own warranty!!! My wheels broke and they offered to mail me a replacement wheel. I asked them if it looks like Im a luggage repair-man!? Now Im out $199 and a broken suitcase which they refuse to exchange. Stay away from Heys products. Spend your money with manufacturers that stand behind thier product.
