It’s a good backpack for what it’s priced, the quality is decent and it does come with a charging port that I personally don’t use but that’s just me. My only complaint is that there are some loose threads and when in the sun the zippers become mini heaters but that’s just the Texas heat. It also has very good pockets great if you’re planning to travel or carry a large load.

Great storage capacity and heavy duty material. Unfortunately both zippers broke and we are having to purchase a replacement.

A bit stiff but works great for daily work bag. It has plenty of storage and is comfortable for wear. The snaps don’t fit great for securing the flap down but doesn’t impact use unless bending over to pick things up, in which case sometimes it flips on your head.

I absolutely LOVE this backpack! I throw it in the washing machine weekly, use for work daily, took on a trip to Europe! Holds everything!! Extremely comfortable on my back and shoulders! Totally recommend! I also get tons of compliments on it!

I went back to college this semester and didnt want a childish backpack since Im a grown woman and this bag is just perfect. Ill have to admit I havent used the charger because I never need it, the school has chargers everywhere but i want to attest to the high quality if this bag. I carry my laptop, my books, make up bag, Pens bag, notebooks, etc. In it and so far, not a single problem. Its also very comfortable to wear with the padded straps and its very beautiful, much better than in photos. If Im wearing a suit or a dress I dont look like Im wearing my kids bag.

This backpack is way bigger than it makes it seem/look like. I cant give it more than two stars because I am returning it without using it, so please forgive me that I cannot rate it on pretty much anything but appearance and smell. It did have a very strong plastic smell to it and because you cant wash it in a machine because of the built-in usb port, you would really need to put it somewhere that it could air out for a while. If you have a ton of stuff to carry all the time, I would gather that it looks to be really good backpack for that. However, as an every day, day-to-day bag...not so ideal. School yes, the office...maybe. I am a smaller person so I am also judging the bag off of my between 5 and 55 size so please also keep that in mind. But its definitely bigger than you think itll be--in height and width. The stitching wasnt the best I would say either. I didnt examine it too much before putting it back into the bag it came in, but it didnt look very clean. Not that it wasnt straight, but you could see the ends all over the bag and even on the logo. I will say the logo doesnt stick out super noticeably since its a similar color to the bag--not nearly an exact but its not so different that it stands out a lot. Which I will say is nice because I personally dont like big or flashy or noticeable logos on my things. The fabric looked decent. It didnt look cheap or anything like that which I would say is a really good thing for a backpack. The zippers seemed to work well too; which I did open and close once each; which isnt saying a lot, but there you go. It didnt have any padding on the back of the backpack only on the arm straps. That padding seemed good. But there is none to protect or cool your back if you like/need that. So for others this I think would probably be a good bag for you; if you dont mind not being able to wash it in a machine, if yours doesnt smell of strong plastic smell/you can air it out well for a while (I can only assume the smell will go away), a bit shabby stitching doesnt bother you (which it could have just been this one not all of them are obviously made the exact same), you like or need a decently big sized backpack, you need a usb port and a headphone hole in your backpack, you like zippers that arent flashy and stand out (which I will say was a selling point when I bought it), etc. than this bag would probably really work for you...it just didnt work for me.

i took this bag on a cruise. The storage was great and I took it everywhere and shared it was also with my Husband. Two Gentleman with expensive taste on the cruise asked where we got it because they were enamored with the bag. Also asked If we would sell them ours because he Liked it better then the one in the store that was similar and cost $99.00. I i refereed them to Amazon, I wasn’t parting with it, you know when you have something good!

At my job we are only allowed to carry solid black backpacks, which has made it very difficult to find something stylish while also large enough to carry what i need. I searched stores and on amazon and settled on this one, it is beautiful and the perfect size! It is very sturdy, its padded all around so well that it stands up without anything in it. The straps are comfortable, i wore it packed with heavy books and food and it felt fine. I think i read in another review that the straps slid, like lengthened while wearing, but that didnt happen to me, it was secure fully packed with stuff. The magnetic closure worked perfect as well. I read a review that said one magnet wouldnt seat for them, but both of mine snap together and hold. Its not SUPER huge, like its not sized for travel or anything, but for work or school its perfect. It is so pretty, sturdy and available in solid black, everything i needed.

I purchased this bag for travel this summer, must say it is very stylish as I received quite a few compliments from it. I used this through airports, I have TSA pre-check, but in smaller airports where it wasnt available it was easy to get my laptop in and out from its designated slot. I am currently in school again and can get my laptop in, my ipad pro, the DSM-5 and 2 other textbooks. The different compartments are very nice and allow for quick stow of cell phone/ lotion/ bottles of water. I would buy backpack this again and I am happy with my selection.

This is by far the best travel/work bag I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a few. I have had my laptop in the inside pouch along with a full gallon of water and my lunch(which had spilt on the inside by user error however was super easy to clean- Thank You!) in the main storage area and if felt like I had nothing on my back. My only nit-picked thing is that with the cup holders in either side, it’s a little bit of a struggle to fit a standard 16/24oz tumbler in the pocket. I have to really stuff it down in there instead of it just sliding in nice and easy. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a sturdy and reliable book bag!
