NEW REVIEW: I purchased this backpack and got one that has a defective zipper. At first I thought it was nothing and it will not happen again, but it kept happening. Every time I shut the zipper, it kept opening up. After I left a review about this, the seller contacted me immediately and offered to replace the backpack. As what I said with the old review, I really like this backpack, so I said yes to his offer for replacement. I just got the backpack and will use it. I will update this review again once I got to use the new one. Im so glad the seller is very great with his business. He doesnt let his customers down. Thank you Jack! OLD REVIEW: I really like this backpack but it wasnt as durable as I thought. The zipper gave up on second day of use. And I only have laptop, 1 small book and two notebooks in the bag. Its disappointing. But it looks nice.

Great personal bag for flying spirit airlines

bought to serve as a daily work laptop bag. looks professional and clean. lots of organization and space to sort all my things. comfortable on back when loaded up. thick shoulder straps to add comfort. fits 15in MacBook Pro a1398 in secured laptop pocket (pictured with blue case). my giant canteens fit in both side pockets. smart ports are easy to reach with hidden zipper, I put a portable battery in the hidden pocket under the zipper so I can charge on the go. *will need to switch the audio cable to a lighting compatible one for iPhone. hidden key catch and pocket in side pocket is nice and secure. main space is much bigger than I thought it would be. big enough to fit a knit sweater and some notebooks without becoming overloaded. this would be perfect as a carry on bag or overnight travel bag and I plan to use it as such. will buy again if I need another.

Very good stylish back pack for the price. The straps are a little stiff and could use more padding, I can see it would irritate the skin if carrying heavy things and/or wearing sleeveless shirts, although it is brand new so maybe with some wear down it will soften. I love the color and look of the buckle detail. I appreciate that the side pockets fit my 44oz water bottle! I’m a healthcare worker so I constantly wipe it down With wipes and spray With Lysol, so far it has not discolored or anything so I’m hoping it’ll last.

Bought it as a present for my brother when he went to college. The bag worked great for him. Plenty of room for his laptop and books, and he got a ton of compliments on it. Good value for money. Four stars because it wasnt completely waterproof.

It may be a little bit of a nit-pick, but my issues are only with the cord inside the back in how it is housed, the quality of the material used on the inside, and the straps mainly being looks vs functional. 1) The cord quality doesnt seem too bad but how it is housed doesnt feel quite right. Depending on the length of the power supply you add, it can be too short or too long. It would have been nice if the zipper zipped down instead of up or maybe some other type of design should be considered. 2) After a semester of use, the lining on the inside where my power supply is stored is starting to unravel. There doesnt seem to be structural damage yet, but I am noticing wear that is kind of surprising for how short I have had the product. 3) While I love the look of the straps, they are purely for looks and serve no function. I would have liked a little function for added security but it doesnt take away from the function the bottom pouch has. Overall, I like the product and think it can be improved on to have an even greater quality item. Still recommend for people who would need to carry around items while not stuffing their phone into the bag but instead connecting a cord to go into your pocket.
