This fun red, white, and blue 3-dimensional star is perfect for lighting up the 4th of July. The remote control offers many functions for blinking, fading, etc. I have not tried the timer yet. The product page says that the power source is corded electric. Be aware that it does not come with a standard US plug. It has a USB plug, so you will need an adapter to plug it into a normal outlet.

I ordered the 4th of July Star and it looks great in my window. I love that it runs on a USB cord as opposed to batteries. Its bright and has various blinking/non-blinking modes to choose from. I really like that it comes with a remote and that you can adjust the brightness. Well definitely be getting more of these.

This is a wonderful 4th of JULY decoration! 8 modes of dancing LED lights are wrapped around 3 sizes of stars making a colorful display of patriotism for our house. The interior stars can be rotated up to 90 degrees so the display can be seen from all angles. AND it comes with a REMOTE so you can change the modes from a distance. You have to provide your own adapter for this ornament. Allows you to select constant ON or 8 hours on and 16 hours OFF. Very convenient. They note that the PLUG is not waterproof; so, I will put the plug and adapter in a Ziplock bag to protect it from the rain. This is a beautiful display for a very reasonable price!

The lights operate in different sequences. Bright, fun, very nice! I’m going to order another one.

I like how the lights look and that you can move the inner stars to make this kind of 3D. I dont really care for all the various flashing, etc. options, and I just want a steady on. This is option 8 on the remote. Every time I turn this on, it goes back to some flashing variation, and I have to press option 8. Every time. Also, this has USB, but its not a chargeable light. Instead, you have to have it plugged in. Note there is an on/off switch, so you can just leave it plugged in. But why not just a regular plug? Maybe this is the only way they can incorporate all the flashing and whatnot. Which I dont want anyway. I knew the size, but seeing it in person I wish it were at least half again bigger. I would pay more for that. The USB led me to believe this is rechargeable (and no cords!), which it is not. My fault, as I should have read the description more closely. Anyway, pay attention to the description, and know it does look nice when lit up.

This is the 4th set that as soon as it rains the wires get wet and it becomes so dim you cant see them. The plug also is in 100% dry area so its not the plug its the wiring

I like all the effects it can do, but the tiny led lights just are brilliant enough to let people know this is a red, white, and blue star, and not just a flashing star.
