> 3 dayI would prefer that I could adjust the flow (I replaced original aerator with a new one to reduce the flow to 0.5 gpm) The sensors sensitivity is OK, no adjustment for time on. It would be great if had adjustment but once again for the price still a good choice.

> 3 dayEvery morning or if you dont use it for a while, the water coming out is contaminated with the chemical that is dissolved from the supplied hoses and the water mixer. The water tastes like it is mixed with some oil and antibiotic . I have to let the water run through for 1 or 2 minutes before I can use it. The next day, it happens again and again. I ended up returning the item after a few weeks of use.

> 3 dayTo avoid kids creating a puddle around the sink everyday, we purchased this. Pros: Easy to install, good customer service, sensitive (took a little time to get used to when you are trying to wipe across the sensor), quick stopping water once your hands are away. Cons (I meant this as suggestions rather than drawbacks): Maybe make the faucet taller, such that hands have more clearance from the faucet when washing; right now to wash my hands, vertically theres like 2 inches clearance between faucet and my hands, it creates some unwanted splashes. Also, the cold water valve failed in 6 months. But customer service was quick to respond, the replacement part came within 5 days. Very impressive, and hope the replacement valve lasts longer. Overall Im happy with the product.

> 3 dayThe single hole in my sink was the same size as the nut that locks in place so couldnt secure faucet to sink and there were no washers in supplied hose connecting the faucet to the controller so leaked where hose connected to faucet. Bought a proper hose at home depot with rubber washers and a large metal washer to hold faucet in place under sink ( I modified with a dremel tool to allow passage of sensor wire) and all fine in end. Motion detection is reasonable but shuts off very quickly. I believe adjustable but didnt bother with

> 3 dayThe description clearly states triple a batteries, they take double a. If they cant get that right, what makes you think they can get the product right?

> 3 dayThe install on this is pretty easy. My husband always appreciates it when the product has an installation video. He says it is way easier than looking at pictures. I like that it uses batteries, so that there is no need to run any kind of electrical to it. It doesn’t come with batteries so be sure to get some. I am not sure how long they will last. The add says that it should last 2 years for family use. It looks great and is awesome if you have kids. No more telling them to turn the water off all the time. It is also nice as a water saver. Most importantly it means no more dirty knobs from little fingers trying to turn on the water to wash off all the dirty stuff they end up with on their hands.

Greater than one weekI purchased close to 40 of these faucets and we are starting to have problems with them and getting no response from the seller SML Products. That is why I am updating my feedback about the product and seller. Seller does not respond and you cant even get parts for the faucets. Dont buy from this seller or this product. The product we received were UpScalet faucets. They looked exactly like the other brand.... if you need to buy do it with caution and purchase the extra warranty.

> 3 dayI installed three of these in a restaurant and have had nothing but trouble. Battery boxes have defects. There are different models that use the same battery box. Mechanism is stuck in one. Another one leaked and destroyed the batteries. Battery life is too short for commercial use.
