> 3 dayLove the seat, the detachable feet, the color and fabric, but the tray really doesn’t seem to stay on well… I have only tried it on the floor but I know there’s a way to attach it to a chair, so I’ll have to try that too.

> 3 dayEdit and upping the stars. When putting the fabric back on, I didnt realize there were 2 gaps on each side of the back of the seat. the pole went into the wrong one which made it impossible to open the chair. Buckles are still tight which I still dont like so Im leaving it at 4 stars. I just have to remember about the poles amd making sure theyre flush against the sides next time Im reassembling this. Pros - folds up, you can wash the fabric, comes in a carrying bag with a handle. Cons - I dont use this chair much but when I do its incredibly frustrating to open. Closing it isnt a problem but it is SO TIGHT when opening that I struggle, really struggle to open it so it can actually be used. And trying to open it and failing while Ive got a tiny hungry kid and also my other toddler to take care of, in busy family gatherings is stressful. This was supposed to be an upgrade from a different travel chair that folded up and closed EASILY but was bulky to travel with. I am leaning towards going back to that one because this hiccapop gives me such problems opening it that I feel like Im going to hurt my hands. And the buckles are so tight too! I have such a hard time closing the buckles once I actually am able to get it on a chair! My old seat was so easy and quick to set up. I wish I could get this set up easily because the pros are what Ive always wanted in a travel chair. But this is so frustrating! I hate setting it up!

> 3 dayLove how compact this chair is when folded up, but very sturdy when my little one sits in it. The tray is easy to take on and off. Great chair for camping with little ones.

> 3 dayThis is a great seat- east to use and better than a bulky high chair. The company is great! I had a slight problem with the tray and they replaced it immediately/ great customer service! As a grandma, when my grandson comes over I can just take it out of the closet and we are set in 30 seconds! Sometimes I just put it on the floor, and sometimes I secure it to a regular chair. Very versatile

> 3 dayI’ve had this chair for about a month and use it regularly with my almost one-year old at restaurants and friend’s homes. I ordered both the brand name and this company and compared the chairs side by side. I have used other products by the brand name one so had a feeling of what to expect of the quality. Right out of the box, the chairs are similar in size and how they open and close. However I really liked how the Hiccapop has a swivel tray and a larger tray than the other brand. It’s more rectangular shape and has plastic springs and the other tray has rounded corners, is smaller and has metal plates that slide when you try to attach the tray to the chair. I did like that however I could notnfor the life of me attach the tray on the other brand! I think there was a defect. The Hiccapop tray snapped on easily and swivels easily! I’m a little weary of the plastic spring breaking but so far so good. The chair fabric is comparable between the brands and is canvas like. I have not washed it yet but it does get food and grease stains easily but that would happen with either chair because they are fabric. I used to carry around a plastic foldable booster which was super easy to clean but decided on this foldable chair because it’s way more compact to carry out. Both brand name and Hiccapop have a mesh pocket sewn on the back of the seat however there is a large label on the pocket that the brand name doesn’t have that can be a little unsightly if you’re one for details. The Hiccapop comes with large feet you can pop on the bottom of the chair if you need to set it up and have it be more stable. We used them once and it definitely helped. The feet store in the outside pouch of the bag. There’s a drawstring bag where folded chair and tray can fit on for both brands. The brand name has a nicer thicker canvas-ish bag, you can feel the quality. Hiccapop bag is thinner and nylon-ish. I had a feeling the bad would not last long and I was right and it split at the seam with careful use. I contacted Hiccapop and they are sending a replacement since they have a lifetime warranty. That in itself is huge, that they stand by their product and customers and it was such a fast and easy response. The major thing I noticed about this chair and the other brand is the belt placement. The brand name one has the belt sewn to the bottom of the chair near where the child’s bottom would be. Hiccapop has the belt sewn to the back of the chair about where the child’s waist would be. This is just a much better fit and also the buckle was really easily for me to press (but not my child) and unbuckle. There’s also two straps to secure the chair onto another chair. One that secures around the bottom and one that secures around the back of the chair. I’ve found these straps to be secure and easy to use. One reviewer stated that the metal rings holding the chair straps had a small space as if it wasn’t closed all the way. I actually think they were left with a little space so you could remove the straps if you wanted- let’s say if youre using it on the beach and don’t want dangling straps because you’re not securing it to anything. I have three boys- 5, 3, and 1 and have used tons of baby products. I think this an excellent compact easy chair if you’re looking for a booster or high chair other than restaurant style high chairs and it’s easy to carry along. We even can use it outside like how you would use an adult foldable chair at a park or concert. Nice work Hiccapop!

Greater than one weekWe use this everywhere as a high chair for our little one! It’s perfect for restaurants and friends/family members houses. Easy to install and feels very secure to all the chairs we’ve used it on. Baby seems comfortable too! I believe the seat cover itself can also come off to be washed which is great for baby led weaning messes. Highly recommend to any parents out there looking for a travel high chair.
