I started using HiFlo filters after hearing so many Motorcycle mechanics recommend them as high quality. The Oil Filter is internal in my BMW bike (most screw-on filters mount outside the engine case) so the filter canister has to be clean, free of paper, labels, or anything that could dissolve in hot oil. These are packaged shrink-wrapped and in a box so the outside stays clean. Lastly, these were hard to find in a local store, so I was very happy to find them sold by Powersport Superstore who offered a great price and lightning-fast shipping.

Finally, an affordable direct replacement filter for my 92 & 03 BMW K series motorcycles. Ive tried other so-called replacements with mixed results, mostly oil overflow leaking. This Hiflofiltro is less than 1/2 the price of OEM and does the job nicely.
