Hitachi 6696549 T/CG24EASPSL Air Cleaner Assembly

Install was easy and works great!

If you are buying this, you do not need the frequently bought together item, Hitachi 6690357 Air Filter, this includes an air filter element and the suggested one is the wrong part to fit this assembly.

Fit perfect, worked as if it were new. Easy to install. Mine did come with an air filter which was great! I have a weed eater and trimmer that both use this same assembly.

The cap on the air cleaner went missing and I ordered an entire replacement unit from Amazon. The factory part works and Im very happy with it. Its cheap enough that it could be replaced when the unit needs a tune up (since it has a fuel bulb built in). I was disappointed with how the price fluctuated while it was in my cart and I had to play wack a mole with the buy button, to ensure I bought it at a reasonable price.

The gas pump started leaking. Kit completely fixed the pump and is like new

After the first use, the primer bulb would not expand. Expecting a replacement in a few days. Hope it is better.
