> 24 hourI ordered this so that I could more efficiently mount a Ring stick up cam. Ive got a couple of Ring camera around the perimeter of my house, all powered by solar panels. Because of the design of the roofline of my house, theres really no good way to mount the solar panels. I end up just laying them on the roof, and a good rain or wind will blow them off. This handy bracket solves that problem for me. Even though Im not using it to hold the camera, I did try temporarily mounting both the camera and the solar panel just to see how it would work. I can report that this bracket does exactly what its intended to do, providing a solid support for a camera and a solar panel. Keep in mind that the stability of this bracket is going to depend on the gutter to which it is mounted. If you mount this far from an anchor point on a flimsy, damaged, or loose gutter, the weight of the camera and solar panel might cause movement in the wind, setting off your motion detection and resulting in false positives. Thats not the fault of the bracket, but it is something you need to consider if your gutters are in bad shape.

> 24 hourI like this a lot. No need to drill any holes which is a plus. The true test is how it holds up in the rain. The material looks good so I’m not expecting any issues. It was very easy to install and the price is very affordable. I got this for the corner of my house. I angle one camera on one side of the house and the other facing around the corner.

> 24 hourThis bracket was not compatible with the Ring battery camera or the mount. The brackets did not line up, not a defect it’s the way it’s made. Retuned it.

> 24 hourFor my previous two solar panel/camera setups I used single attachment gutter mounts. It took up a little more space on the gutter, but it gave me more flexibility. Additionally, the price for a two pack was a fair amount less than this dual mount. However, for this setup, it was going on the top of an existing pole and space was the bigger issue. I really didnt know if this would work, as it all depended on the mount being able to fit inside the top of the pole. Thankfully, the fit was simply perfect. The mount was just the right width, and I really didnt even need to tighten the screws to hold it in place, but did anyhow just in case. The quality of this mount is very good. It has two screws to attach to the gutter and stabilize, and the panel/camera attachments are very flexible in the range of motion to set where they point. Both are completely independent so youll be able to have the best position for each. I attached my eufy E40 camera with this mount. Space is tight between the attachment and the micro-USB cable/port, but it works.

> 24 hourThey need to have a piece of metal that you can put in back of the screws for better stability, but it does keep the solar panel pointed at the correct angle.

> 24 hourExcellent compatibility!I am impressed by the compatibility of this gutter mount. It has two adjusting standard screws on top and bottom, holding any camera or solar panel with screwing capacity. There are plate adapters for some models included as well. The installation and mounting are straightforward.

> 24 hourI will have to do an actual review in the fall to see if this survives the Texas summer, but so far, it has held strong in severe wind and rain events
