I did hours of research at Amazon to find the warm hue bulb I need for spares. Not only are these more than a buck apiece, they are NOT warm. The first photo is from your offering . . . looks as described, nice and warm. The second photo I took of both the bulb I need to replace, and one that was shipped to me. Note the stark difference! I will be returning today. Very frustrated and disappointed. Now I am going to face my wifes wrath for both getting up on the roof, and wrong bulbs. Thanks guys,

Very happy with these so far, just strung 150 of these up this evening -- no dead lights. High quality and consistently bright, with a warm hue that resembles traditional non-LED lights. Dropped a couple on concrete with no breaks. The bulb/cover appears to be a hard plastic thats very durable. Looking forward to seeing how these hold up through the holidays for years to come.

Pretty good lights. More expensive but much brighter than the LED light string I purchased from OSH, which I ended up returning. I like the fact that these individually screw into my old light string sockets, unlike most light strings at the store, which feature bulbs that cant be removed. I purchased 100 but only needed to use 90. This way I only use bulbs I need and save the rest for spares. These bulbs appear durable,made of plastic. They even come shipped loose, which suggests they probably cantake a lot more handling than the old c9 bulbs. The only slight drawback to me is that the colors in orange and yellow are not distinct enough for my eyes.

I bought these C9 lights (warm white) to plug into 12 spaced SP-2 professional-grade Christmas light strings and was very happy with the results. I put up a total of 250 bulbs and out of those only one of the bulbs was defective. The combination resulted in very bright warm-white lights. I am glad that I used the 12 spaced light strings. These bulbs may have been too bright with a 6 spaced light string. These are significantly brighter than the standard consumer-grade Christmas lights that my neighbors are using.

They’re pretty, but are probably too bright. Or the color isn’t opaque enough. You barely see any of the color. Just end up a blue-tinted clear/white.

For my Christmas light project this year, I wanted to replace my smaller LED and mini-light strings with new C9 light strings. I wasnt sure that I would get the brightness or hue that I was hoping for, because all of the LED strings that you see at HD or Menards are so dim and have a poor hue to them. I wanted custom cut-to-fit c9 light strings this year, which I ordered from another online retailer, and I needed bulbs for them. I went with the Sun Warm white, and they are amazing!!! They are the brightest bulbs Ive seen, and certainly the brightest LED bulbs. My house looks amazing now. I also ordered 1 package of cool white to see how they looked, and they are just a touch more white than these, but no where near the cool hard to look at Cool White that you see from other companies. I would be just as happy with the Cool White from this mfg, as they too look amazing. I would say the color of the Sun Warm is somewhere between a traditional incandescent and a pure white. The pictures in other reviews show them fairly accurately. One reviewer said they have a greenish color to them, which I dont see at all. Buy these with confidence, they are a great light!

These lights are bright we love them!

The lumen intensity matches that of the original incandescent bulbs perfectly - was worried they would be too bright or dim. The luminaria in the center has the new LED bulb - the others the originals. The color of the warm white is pretty good, though a bit more yellow than the original. But actually it looks closer to the color of a real candle in the luminarias.

what is this 3 years later and they are all still working. Merry Christmas!
