We tried to fly with my husband just carrying the car seat and it was a disaster. We ordered this on our trip for the flight home. Totally recommend. This freed up our arms and the baby sat happily in it and enjoyed watching people. Worked great with Chicco NextFit Max Zip Air Convertible Car Seat.

I am glad we had this for traveling with our 17-month old. It seems easier to manage than the backpack option, and definitely better than flying with my squirmy toddler not in his carseat. However, I would HIGHLY recommend you practice attaching and unattaching your carseat several times at home before you fly. It takes a little figuring out to find the right spot on the base and adjust the straps so the seat doesnt fall off (it does not fit the Cosco Scenera Next perfectly, but its good enough). Maybe more importantly youll want to make sure those straps come OFF easily too. I did not practice this part, and found out the hard way something was wrong with the top-tether hook, making it nearly impossible to get it off of the bar when we got on the plane. I cut my hand and nearly had a panic attack trying to do this in the middle of a crowd of passengers. TSA may also ask you to remove the seat from the cart for inspection, so knowing exactly how to get it on and off quickly is helpful. /// Someone else recommended just using a normal folding luggage cart, so honestly if you have one of those just use it - this is no different and very expensive for a single-purpose item.

Easy to use! Child loved it and got a lot of compliments on it at the airport. Folds up small for easy storage and transportation (without car seat). Child was in their car seat for flight. Folded this up and stored in the overhead bins. Just make sure you have a narrower car seat of you want to be able to roll down the aisle of the plane. Mine didn’t fit so I ended up taking it apart and carrying on the plane.

***Update It worked out great at the airport and walking out to the rental car shuttle etc. Both with and without the kid. You need to ensure the seat is properly placed and the harness appropriately tightened. Worked like a charm after that , walking around on flat surfaces, escalators and getting into trains etc. It wasnt meant for off roading, if you get the drift. But for all travel related usage it worked out great. So far so good. We took it around for a test spin with my son sitting in his car set strapped on and it seemed pretty stable. Will put it to a real test through the airport in a couple of weeks. The car set itself was pretty easy and straight forward to strap onto the stroller. We have the Diono Radian RXT All-In-One Convertible Car Seat. Our son loves the car seat and the ride in the stroller was uneventful. I will update the review if I find anything else after the trip. But so far the experience has been great.

I bought this to help me travel with my 2 year old son and it has been amazing. I get comments in the airports all the time about how brilliant it is. I am able to run from one terminal to another in the airport without having to hoist the car seat and tow my baby. I gate-check everything and strap him in as soon as we get off the plane and I’m able to either pull him behind me or push him in front of me. We fly every two weeks and it has been a life-saver!! It’s very sturdy and the balance is just right so he doesn’t tip over.

I had borrowed one of these years ago so i thought I’d buy one for my most recent past trip. I used it for transporting a car seat with my child in it like in the display picture. It is very convenient, i will give it that! Only problem i had with it was it is terrible over bumps. TERRIBLE. I don’t know how many times it almost flipped because it couldn’t handle a bump at the airport. On smooth surface it’s great though! The belt it comes with is okay, but i used the car seats buckles to reinforce it.

Just flew today alone with my 2 year old. This thing was a life saver!! In the past traveling with another adult we hauled the stroller and our convertible car seat for gate check in. The car seat was a pain to carry around.. This time I didn’t bring a stroller and I wanted to use the car seat on the plane so this thing was perfect. Wore a backpack and had a free hand. We will be barrowing a stroller from family at our destination. I also ordered a car seat backpack bag to try but I didn’t care for it. The only thing about the roller thing is I recommended using the anchor strap per the instructions for extra support.

This cart works great with our toddler’s car seat. It makes traveling through the airport so much easier. She loves going for a ride and it’s easier to keep her contained. I really appreciate how small it folds up to fit under the seat in front of you. We got ours in June and this month (Dec.) our seatbelt broke. The customer service was incredible they shipped us a replacement seat belt under warranty 2-day shipping. I was very impressed.

This was very helpful when taking our son through the airport. He just sat in his seat while we rolled him around. My only gripes are the belt and traction tape. The belt kept loosening while strapping the chair to the cart causing the seat to twist and fall off. The gel traction tape was about useless because during the seat falling caused the tape to fall off. I then found a trick on the belt while tightening it you had to make sure the tension bar was pushed towards the back of the buckle keeping its tension. Other than the belt the cart worked great and is compact to put in the over head bin or under the seat. I will give a heads up tsa did try to get us to remove the seat through security but they then relented after showing the bottom of the seat. Your experience might be different.

This product saved our sanity at the airport. We were able to buckle our kids into their seats and pull them along which solved two issues at once. First - how do we carry the heavy car seats through the airport, parking lots, hotels and so on. Second, how do we safely bring the kids with us. This is a must have for traveling parents. Its easy to use (it uses the backrest seatbelt strap channel to latch into the roller), smooth rolling and light weight. It is made of heavy duty aluminum and plastics which keep it light weight, not flimsy feeling at all -- it is super solid yet still light weight. This was by far the lowest price airport roller we were able to find online and it even included free shipping. We got two of them and both my wife and I were stopped by so many parents at the airports both in Denver and Chicago who asked us about them.
