> 3 dayIve gone so long without these and my cables have suffered, now with these my cables are protected. My MIG welder whip was slightly shorter than this but works great, I never cut the extra off. The Velcro works great and the zip ties work great to keep everything in place on both ends.

> 3 dayConstruction seems ok and the leather is supple. But there’s a loose flap that covers the zipper for the entire length that seems superfluous and will likely collect dirt. At first I wondered if that flap is meant to go inside the sheath, to protect the TIG cable from the zipper, but no that would put the manufacturer’s logo and zipper pull on the inside and the ugly side of the leather on the outside. I guess the flap is intended to prevent the zipper from snagging things like edges of welding tables etc. Probably a good idea, but the velcro version doesn’t appear to have this flap so I wish I had bought that instead. Having said all that, I think this sheath will do the job.

> 3 dayReally pleased with this hose/cable protector. I got 2 already, eyeing a 3rd, really good quality, velcro lining the wrap-too easy to setup. It does come with zip ties but the velcro holds fine.

> 3 dayI usually dont write reviews, I bought a competitors product, the same price but they said it was twice the length, and it was! Except the product was thinner than a piece of paper, this is the real deal guys, real leather, thick leather, with good quality stitching and velcro I do this for a living, I TIG weld everyday, all day, this is my go-to brand for any sleeving, including my MIG welder which I just bought a third for

> 3 dayGreat and inexpensive piece of leather to help protect your torch lead. In my case, my tig torch lead. Not quite long enough to go from the torch to the machine but close enough. None of the lead is unprotected and on the ground. I prefer the Velcro system of this sheath over the zipper style. Takes a little more time to install but can adjust anywhere along the sheath at a later date. Plus, the velcro holds up better over time than the cheap zippers that are usually used in these inexpensive lead covers. Get this with confidence.

> 3 dayWas a twisty bugger to put on. Is nice-looking, robust, genuine leather with Kevlar string, Im assuming. Although not long enough for a 12 torch, Id consider buying again.

Gime my stuff!!!!
> 3 dayMy cheaper plasma cutter has a crap plastic cover over the handle tubes and wires. If an ember rolls against it is will burn through in 1 second! But, when I put this over it the worries totally end! This is better than any that comes on any welder that I know of. I do not know if there is a less expensive model than this elsewhere, or a better quality, but this one does work well at a just slightly high price. I use a few extra zip strips to secure along the length. I think the only include 2. I use 10-ish. Always make sure you dont have any open spots to embers to fall into, that goes for your boots as well! LOL!

> 3 dayIt is a nice cover and still fairly flexible. I am using it for my tig torch but not yet put it to work, so with that to be continued with the review....
