Home design software compatible with Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 7 - Plan and design buildings from initial rough sketches to the finished blueprints - 3D CAD 8 Architecture

I ordered this program to help in the designing of several home improvement renovations. I have had the program for several months, and I am still trying to get the hang of it...so no completed room designs (Was starting by planning a kitchen)

I have played with many different design software programs and this one looks great IF you know how to use it. There are other programs that are much more user friendly. Ill keep tinkering with it, but its definitely not my go to program.

I have installed this multiple times, restarted multiple times, contacted tech support and they recommended I install Visual C++ packages on my machine. Nothing worked. Latest email said to check drivers.

Its asking for a product key which it doesnt seem to have come with

You get what you pay for. I purchased this software to do a simple floor plan for an extension to our home. After spending an hour fiddling with drawing walls or at least trying to, I gave up. (I’ve worked with other CAD programs and this has got to be the worst of the bunch.) This software is difficult to use and not intuitive at all.

Given all the applications that I have had to learn over the years, I fairly familiar with how to learn and navigate through new applications. This Home design software compatible with Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 7 applications is challenging. It isnt as intuitive as Id hoped. When I went to view the 2D dimensions, it was very small and it took me forever to figure out how to keep the focus when I zoomed in.

In the construction field my whole life. Thought I could draw up a house plan on this but no way. Very hard to use and really no direction on how to use it. I couldnt get past making the exterior walls, GOOD LUCK!!
