> 3 dayNice case, but It only includes one area to secure pens/pencils, and if you do use this flap which will hold up to 5 regular pencils (which is what I put in there) the kid will not close properly. The case has a more constructed top and bottom but the sides are flimsy. So it can be squished easily in a book bag with text books. I purchased this case to specifically hold pencils as the lead tends to break easily for me. I will be on the look out for a new case soon as this still doesn’t fully protect my pencils, mechanical or wood. The bottom of the case allows for other writing utensils to be lose, there is a Velcro strap that can easily be taken out. Not quite sure what the function of that is, as pens just float freely around the bottom of the case. It does provide a Velcro pouch on the “lid” of the case that does hold the refills for mechanical pencils amply. However if you put the refills and an eraser in the pouch, again it won’t close properly. If you are as fussy as I am when protecting the lead of your pencils - keep looking, as far as markers, pens, highlighters (pen type) or Dry Erase - it just might work for you!

> 3 dayI collect a ton of pencils and pens, and this is great since it fits all of them and my calculator. It was perfect for school until quarantine hit and everything got cancelled. The sides will squish and bend in if you dont take good care of it, but I didnt expect it to maintain that perfect rectangular shape anyways.

> 3 dayI bought this as a pencil box for the kids, but it was smaller than I expected. It will still work, but will not fit all the stuff that I had outlined. It is made very well though.

> 3 dayMy son started middle school and had a very long list of supplies to get that needed to go into a case of some kind. Everyone hates those cheap, rigid plastic cases that crack or bust open when you drop them. They are also bulky and take up a lot of space in a backpack. So I looked for a soft sided case and stumbled upon this one, and it is really great! So much so that I want one for myself! They arent kidding about the amount of stuff this can hold. When we first got it, I immediately thought it was too small given the huge list of supplies he is supposed to have with him each day. So I ordered the next sized up version, but then that one was too big and floppy. So I started putting things in the smaller one and just zipped it and the case is tight but everything fits. The zipper is high quality, as is the stitching on the fabric and seams -- you can tell by the way the zipper moves and the fabric stretches that this will last all year, if not multiple years.

> 3 dayI’ve been using this pencil case for about 2 years now. It’s a reliable and useful pencil case and there’s nothing wrong with it. However, after quite some time, there will be pencil markings inside the pencil case because of the lead inside your pencils so be careful of that. The pencil case is also durable and it’ll fit most of your stationery.
