I have purchased both sizes - the 2 and 3 casters (for different projects). - The 2 casters come with screws and a screwdriver - The 3 casters come with bolts & nuts and a wrench These roll nice and work well. Both sizes are dual locking (both roll and swivel stop when locked)

These are very stable heavy duty wheels. I mounted them on a wood storage rack. 4 Wheels holding well over 1000 pounds. one nice feature of the wheels is that when you lock the wheel not only does the wheel lock but also the upper portion of the caster locks so the wheel does not rotate when lock. These wheels come with mounting bolts but they are likely to be too short unless you are mounting these on a metal cart.

built a wooden work bench , 10X4 with 2x6 and 3/4 plywood , built in a table saw , and thickness planner , and to say it is heavy is an understatement , but these rollers handle it with ease

Don’t fall for old reviews. I was expecting screws or anything to attach it, but I only received the wheels. Now I have to figure what to order next to attach them. I actually posted a question yesterday if it includes screws and other necessary stuff, and in 12 hours I received 5 answers that it does. Well, look at the photo — it doesn’t. Seller, please clearly communicate that in your description. Don’t rely on tricking the cusomer with old reviews, please delete those review talking about including the screws, and even the screwdriver, because that is straight false advertising and wrong.

These are some of the best casters for the money I have found. Heavy duty with nice size bearings. Overall excellent!

Seem sturdy, welded to the bottom of some race car stands, should work well
