Perfect Honda OEM front wheels for my Honda Harmony II lawnmower. This is an exact factory part for the front wheels. Im replacing the front wheels after 18 years of use. And yes, they are supposed to be plastic hubs (no steel). Same as the factory original.

OEM! Fit perfectly, very easy to install. Got the self propelled feature of the lawn mower working again. Old wheels were worn out but the mower was still running great, glad I went with replacing wheel rather than entire mower.

These wheels were not at all like the ones on my mower. They have no bushings, just a whole to put a bolt through. I have it my to do list to remove the rubber and put that on my old wheels. Maybe it fits some mowers but not mine.
