I am training for a half marathon & needed to add a little organic fuel to my runs. The liquid packets dont work for me at all (feel like a lead weight in my stomach) but these gel chews are perfect. I snip a corner off a bag before I head out and it is easy to slide one out en route. The do not stick to my teeth at all. They are soft and small enough that I can tuck one inside me cheek & let it dissolve for a while - Im still getting used to chewing while running! They dont bother my very sensi stomach & they give me enough of a boost to keep running. Any leftovers I just keep in the bag til next time. Highly recommend.

Incredibly good. Ran 10 miles last week. Had some on the 6th mike and it just melts in your mouth.

These offer a quick way to boost flagging sugar levels. They are easy to eat on the run or while riding. The flavors are all good IMHO. They are also easily digestible. They will keep in a bike bag or running pouch for a long time and stay fresh.

I got these for my long runs while training for my first marathon. I had really bad stomach aches when trying cliff shots or GU gels but not with these! They also taste great and are easy to swallow while running. It works better to eat two at a time, they helped a lot!

These are my favorite chews for trail running. The flavor is great.
