I only received 3 packages and they don’t add up to 82 feet

I hung 2 packages of this onto my fence and with the recent high winds it’s as good as new. To keep it going backwards on the other side of the fence I used tacks and placed 1 tack on every other one and even better, stays put with the wind

The size and designs are great. Each banner is packed individually and easy to fold back up.
