Greater than one weekI recently purchsed these bags and what arrived is not what is pictured. In fact I dont even see anything about it being an Allergen bag. To be honest Im not even sure what the brand is. Most of the packaging is in Spanish. My main issue with this purchase is that it is not as described. These bags are not as quality as the bag I am replacing. The construction is very thin and feels sort of cheap. I would hate to have one rip during removal. I suppose this is what I get for trying to save a few bucks. I will be purchsing something else locally.

> 3 dayThis bag doesn’t leak dust while vacuuming. Other brands of bags that I have used tend to release dust during use.

> 3 dayThis item is advertised as HOOVER BRAND Type Z Allergen Filtration Bags. I know this because I can see the name and photo match what I have purchased in the past. What I received, from B&M Housewares, was an off-brand called DVC. My biggest problem with these DVC bags, although they are Type Z fit, is that they do NOT have Allergen Filtration. This is either FALSE ADVERTISING or BAIT AND SWITCH, as the price was a little too good from what I have seen for sale elsewhere. It is hard to tell when ordering what you will actually get, but it should match the description and photo. This is not the first time that I have received an item via Amazon that is not exactly what is advertised. I am getting a little tired of returning items that are either wrong, used (when should be new), or defective. ======= UPDATE Shortly after posting this review, I found a note in the packaging with the DVC vacuum bags. It was a note from B&M Housewares asking that if there was a problem with the order to contact them and not to post a negative review. Unfortunately, I did not see that note until after I posted the above review. I apologize to B&M Housewares for not seeing that before my posting. However, I am not sure that I have ever seen such a note in any other order that I have ordered through Amazon.com, and I have ordered a lot of stuff through Amazon.com. I now wonder if this has been a problem in the past, not getting the order correct? A little odd. Now, I must say that after submitting for a return/exchange, I was notified by Amazon that the seller was refunding my cost, but not requesting the item to be returned. I did find that to be the case. My cost was refunded. That was very nice of them to do that. However, I would have preferred to exchange the item for what I originally ordered. That was not an option offered to me. I really wanted allergen filtration. I hope these bags hold up. ======= UPDATE # 2 I have not been able to completely get this incident off my mind. So I checked the sellers ratings. Apparently they are doing a lot of business through Amazon. After reading just 1 week of ratings by customers, which was quite a bit, I did see a lot of comments that the seller is delivering products that are not what is advertised or in the photo. So it was not just 1 mistake that I encountered. It is happening regularly with this seller. However, there were a lot of good ratings too. BUYER BEWARE.
