Not complicated product only works

I was getting so much noise coming out of my Focusrite Scarlett. I bought the 2x2 cable and went from Focusrite outputs to my KRK Rokit 8 inputs. Not only do I not have any noise issues anymore (I had terrible noise problems), I can also hear a noticeable difference in sound quality as well. Cant recommend these enough.

I ordered the 9 foot version, unfortunately the right channel is not working. Luckily I finally got around to testing it just before the return window closed, and I was able to order a replacement, which is still in route. I suspected a software problem, but after troubleshooting it, I isolated the problem to the red channel on this cable. I will update this review if the replacement works, but for now I recommend you dont wait to try it out, as I noticed another reviewer had a similar problem and had waited too long to test it.
