Hot 3 Mil Menu Laminating Pouches 12 x 18 [Pkg of 100] for 11 x 17 Sheets

My wife teaches Transitional Kindergarten here in California, and we as a team believe that the memories of this crucial year in their education is worthy of memories. Therefor, we laminate most of the kids art work so it can be placed in their memory books to be handed to parents at the end of the year during open house. We also hand out a dvd, that has snippets of all the celebrations during the year (as well as clay art projects and clay hand-prints) this is of course not paid for by the now bankrupt school district, but for my wife (and a sentiment I share) teaching is a calling, and the First Year of School sets the child up to either love , be indifferent, or hate going to school. It is our collective goal to make it a positive, fun and effective experience for every child, and hopefully their parents as well. Laminating and protecting their work is just one of the ways we attempt to accomplish this.

Not sure if it was the pouches or the Fellowes Laminator Saturn3i 125 machine, but Ive ruined about four of the first six 11 x 17 sheets I tried to laminate. I tried to center the paper in the pouch and got crinkles or turned up edges until I started placing the paper toward the front end of the pouch. Since placing the paper in like that lamination is OK.

Super thin!!! They crinkle and bend in the machine. So bummed I wasted money on them.
