Sadly, I wasted money on substututes and was forced to pay the high price of genuine toner. I hate the high price, but it is infinately better than the substitutes.

So far, I love this product. It is genuinely Hp and works very well.

Original HP product, package. Works great and my multifunctional recognized the cartridge without any problem. I will purchase this cartridge when replacement is necessary again

Excellent product (of course, its original equipment for the printer, so it should be). The company got it to me quicker than I thought it would, which was great. Very happy with the service, the company, and the product and highly recommend getting your printer needs through Amazon. Only reason to go somewhere else is you ignored the 2,000 warnings the HP printer gave you that you were running low on toner!

Have always used the original replacement toner cartridges, and these come packages to where you know they will function and do not have to worry about problems that occurred during shipping.
