As usual for their color toners. Always a good product.

I got this back in December, along with 3 others (which were all fine). I only just needed to replace the 4 cartridges, so I just opened it and the orange safety-pull piece was missing and the yellow dye was everywhere! Worst of all , it didnt work - and my printer is reading used yellow cartridge is installed I just lost $51....AND, my printer wont print. The system is reading the yellow cartridge as Unknown. Now, I have to buy a new one for another $50. UGH

I have tried other toners. I got smears and leaks. I bought a H/P laser printer because they print great and are dependable. I am sticking with their toner because they keep my prints at that level of greatness.

Good Product

The cartridge was not recognized by my printer and told me it was a counterfeit. In addition, my printer still thinks that the toner is out and asking me to replace it; primarily, I assume, is because the printer could not tell how much toner is in the cartridge.
