Works well. I am afraid to buy off brands and these are good HP cartridges at a good price.

Delivered on time. Product is so far as expected, but only time can tell how good an ink cartridge is. Packaged well.

I only buy original hp ink for work and any photo stuff. I can rely on quick delivery and do not have to leave home on icy days. Save gas and time cleaning car and being cold and slippery streets. so convenient!

I bought this because it was advertised as a genuine HP-- I have bought refurbished and off brands once or twice in the past and always had issues so I pay more for the real thing. My instinct is that name brand copiers and printers intentionally design their products so they cant be used effectively and/or efficiently with products they didnt make or sell themselves but I digress. Anyway, I installed these today and when the test popped up on my laptop to check the authenticity of the two new cartridges, I got the message they were both counterfeit. That was the exact terminology HP used in the test. The product came in an HP box and was sealed and in that incredibly fat bubble container they come in, but why would the HP test that is designed just to detect counterfeit toners lie to me? I am using it and have printed one or two pages and so far no issues, but Ill update if I notice a difference later or if it stops working. My color toners usually last a year, so Ill see if this goes out faster. Ive ordered from here I think three times in the past and never had a problem before, so maybe its a glitch, but I cant be sure. Just like food, if you dont make it or grow it yourself you never really know whats in it.

At first use, the color was all over the paper. It made a mess on my documents. The color is not making a mess now, but the color is not correct. Not satisfied with this product at all.

I received OEM toner, as pictured. No problem with order or toner.
