Purchased for my granddaughter for high school.

From the day I received this, almost 6 months ago, Ive used it less than 10 times. I still use my phone, because this laptop is ridiculously slow. I mean awful. Worse than dial-up. I pay for ultra fast Comcast internet, and every other device in this house works fine. This laptop works best as a paper weight, or hard surface on which to place your paper before writing. Dont waste your money! Refurbished? I doubt it!

What a bang for my buck! I would like a chrome book pen to go with, but I have yet to find one.

This has probably been the best chrome book I’ve purchased and I have purchased several. It is very lightweight, runs fast, touch screen works great, and color is nice. Only used for school and browsing so no gaming, but that is what chrome books are for so meets my expectations perfectly.

So far seems to work fine

Works great for my needs but I can’t download my pictures from my phone to it and it’s hard to print. A chrome book is not as compatible as a regular laptop.

Pros: light weight, price

I am very unhappy with this product. I purchased it solely to use in my business as a reference for photos that I use in painting. The screen colors are abysmal - they are so faded that the photos are almost worthless for my purpose.

This chrome book ran great for two months then would no longer power on. It would not light up. Watched several video resets but none worked. Trying to reach HP for warranty. With Covid 19 virtual school, this Chromebook has fallen flat on its face leaving my Kindergarten grandchild heart broken and lagging behind.

Switching to Chromebook was a bit challenging but overall, I’m quite satisfied! Still working on gaining access to WORD documents.
