Everything seems fine at first. But after charging the battery, and running the standard Windows updates, everything stopped! Keyboard went completely dead. No keyboard input was accepted!

everything works fine, but windows 11 has an error that drains the battery even when turned off, wait for an update or stay with windows 10

DO NOT SPEND THE EXTRA $65 FOR THE WINDOWS 11 VERSION - IF YOU BUY THE WINDOWS 10 VERSION IT WILL GIVE YOU THE OPTION TO DOWNLOAD IT FOR FREE DURING THE SYSTEM SETUP.

my graphic is bad i dont know whats wrong with AMD RADEON GRAPHIC it keeps crashing, I cant even play euro truck simulator or any games. every time im trying to play a game it crash in the beginning. I dont know whats wrong.

This computer had minor problems from the start, but I thought I could live with it. I first noticed that the light next to the power button did not light up when the computer was on. I next realized that though this was advertised as a touch screen, it was not. I did not return it at that point because I had looked at so many computers before I purchased that I believed it was possible that I had been mistaken about how it was described - I was not mistaken - it was advertised as touch screen. Lately I have been having difficulty with the mouse. When I hover my cursor in the bottom right quadrant of the computer screen, the mouse becomes unable to click.

Bought this for a kid to do his school work and it works great! Its fast (much faster than other new laptops Ive used and are of the Intel brand 10th gen) and has a good amount of storage.

Works great, very fast. I added another stick of ram to increase potential. Charges fast and lasts a while.

Good laptop overall except it has no ethernet port. Didnt realize it or I wouldve gone with a different laptop. Still would recommend if you dont need a port.

Good battery life, lightweight, reparable.

I just received this laptop. It’s not working well at all, it will work for 5 mins and then freeze, reboot and the process starts over. I have tried to fix the errors by going into the repair section. Nothing is working. Going to call customer service and see if they can help.
